Evaluations
At Tathyashodh, we have extensive experience in conducting evaluations and providing impactful research to support various programs and initiatives:
In 2020, we provided summative support to the World Health Organization (WHO) India for the National Programme on Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs). This involved comprehensive assessments to measure the program's effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Also in 2020, we conducted an impact evaluation of Oxfam Hong Kong's global program assessing the influence of Chinese foreign investments in Asia and Africa. This evaluation aimed to understand the social, economic, and environmental impacts of these investments.
In 2016, we evaluated the Asia Indigenous People’s Pact’s Strategic Plan (2013-2016) across 14 countries. Our work provided critical insights into the program's achievements and areas for future focus.
In 2017, we conducted end-project research for the International Labour Organization (ILO) in Bangkok, evaluating the impact of entrepreneurship training on youth in Cambodia. This research helped to determine the program's success in fostering entrepreneurship among young people.
In 2014, we evaluated Oxfam Indonesia’s Economic Justice Program, which focused on multi-sectoral livelihood enterprises. This evaluation provided a detailed analysis of the program's impact on economic justice and livelihoods.
In 2015, we carried out a participatory impact evaluation of a women's enterprise project focused on the Lac value chain in Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh. This evaluation involved active participation from the women beneficiaries to assess the project's impact on their livelihoods.
Additionally, in 2015, we evaluated the impact of ICT and social media on women's empowerment in Oxfam Bangladesh's program. This evaluation provided insights into how technology and social media could be leveraged to empower women.
Through these evaluations and research projects, Tathyashodh has consistently delivered valuable insights and recommendations, helping organizations to enhance their programs and achieve their goals.
