Training Experience in above area
1. Face to face training for staff of Oxfam Vietnam on developing winning proposals. Of 10 proposals developed, 7 were picked up by Donors in the workshop itself. (2018)
2. Online training for 15 Global Fund for Children partner CSOs from India and South Africa on developing winning proposals (2021). Some proposals have already successfully been selected by donors for next round of screening.
3. Online training in writing winning proposals for international donors for members of the network “The Constellation”. Participants are from Europe and Africa.
4. Face to face training and proposal development workshop for Oxfam in Cambodia on Land Rights and Gender based Violence (2016).
5. Online Training for 5 CSOs in Bihar, West Bengal on developing winning proposals (2021)
6. Design & facilitate regional end-program learning and proposal development process for EU funded Food Security Program for Oxfam teams in Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan (2015).
