1. Planned and executed Uttaranchal’s first community-owned Microhydel at Village Malari on Indo-Tibet Border at 10,500 feet. Model accepted by Government of Uttaranchal (2003). (50 KW, Cross Flow turbine, Head - 100 m, Discharge = 100 litres/s) (See Here for overview of project)
2. Installed mangrove leaf-based biogas digesters (1 M3 Batch plug flow tunnel type), bags and ceramic burners, 1989.
3. Installed 1 km long solar desalinisation channel, 1989.
4. Installed 30 KW cyclone proof vertical axis wind generator for fishermen’s salt farm on Vishakhapatnam coast, 1989.
5. Installed India's first 100 KW Wood Gasifier Engine Generator feeding power into the grid, 1987.
6. Installed 100 Gasifier Engine Pump sets (5-10 hp) for irrigation in Amreli, Gujarat, 1987.
7. Part of team installing 200 KW Horizontal Axis Vestas windmills on Mandvi coast, Gujarat, 1987.
8. Supported programme on Community Biogas plants 200 m3 (Mehsana, Gujarat) and 1 m3 (Fixed Dome and Floating Dome) - various locations (1987).
