Strengthening Core Systems and Capacities for Impact

We enhance core systems and capacities in Strategic Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning. By doing so, we enable our partners to design and implement data-driven interventions that make a real difference to the poorest communities.

Long-Term Collaboration

We believe in the power of collaboration, building robust, long-term partnerships with our clients. We share our expertise in strategic planning, natural resources management, climate change, data analysis, data visualisation, and machine learning, working together to address the world's most pressing challenges.

Support beyond Capacity Building

Our mission goes beyond capacity building. We support disadvantaged civil society groups through targeted development and fundraising initiatives. We aim to influence policy change and improve development programs by advocating for evidence-based decision-making and knowledge management.

Types of support

We support our partners for the following:

• Designing Strategic Plans at regional, national and programme level

• Setting up monitoring, evaluation and learning systems across all stakeholders

• Data collection, analysis, and visualization (including real-time online dashboards)

• Designing and leading research in International Development

• Baseline, mid-term and end-term programme research and evaluations including for multi-country, multi-stakeholder programmes.

• Customised trainings and facilitated workshops on Strategic Planning, Proposal Writing, Monitoring systems, Evaluation methods, Policy Advocacy, Gender and Development, Human Rights Based Programming, etc.

TDC operates from India. Until 2025, TDC staff has worked in over 25 countries with several INGOs, UN agencies, local CSOs and other organisations.

• Designed Model Climate Change Adaptation Plans for state of Uttarakhand incorporating district budgets for climate change plan implementation.
  
  
• Installed 100 KW Community owned micro hydel at 10,500 feet a.m.s.l. on Tibet Border in Uttarakhand.
