Tathyashodh Development Consultants (TDC) is a private limited company established in February 2017 in India. We specialize in applying Data Sciences to International Development, supporting International Non-Governmental Organizations (INGOs), UN agencies, and other development organizations.
TDC offers a range of services, including:
Designing strategic plans at regional, national, and program levels.
Setting up monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) systems across all stakeholders.
Data collection, analysis, and visualization (including real-time online dashboards).
Designing and leading research in International Development.
Conducting baseline, mid-term, and end-term program research, including for multi-location and multi-stakeholder programs.
Providing customized trainings and facilitated workshops on topics like Strategic Planning, Proposal Writing, Monitoring systems, Policy Advocacy, Gender and Development, and Human Rights Based Programming.
Our mission is to strengthen organizations in International Development. We aim to equip them with robust Monitoring and Evaluation systems, enable them to collect and utilize data and evidence from development interventions, and foster learning to make development more sensitive and effective.

Nidhi Shrivastava (See here for CV) is the Company Director at TDC. She holds an MBA, Masters in Computer Applications, and a Masters in Mathematics, along with specialized training as a Data Scientist and a Certificate Course in AI and ML from IIT-Delhi. She is proficient in designing mobile and web-based data collection and Dashboard systems using tools like ODK Collect, Google Appsheet, R Notebook, Power BI, Online Excel, MS SQL, Visual Basic, and Dot Net.
